Claus is the founder and guru of Qualitin. His background includes 5 years at Petrobrás and a 25 year career with Gerdau where he gained extensive experience with Total Quality Management concepts. This experience would later serve as the basis for his own company, (founded in 1996) and the continued development of Qualitins established methodologies. Claus remains an inspiration to us this day.

Darran Lancley is a junior Business Improvement Consultant at Qualitin Global. His background includes a business degree from the University of Brighton and project roles at Rockwell Collins and Experian. Now his challenge is to support the expansion of Qualitin into a globally recognised brand. Due to the magnitude of tasks and the experienced people he works with, Darran is continuously learning and developing with the sole aim of becoming a Business Improvement Consultant. 

Gary Cokins (Cornell University BS IE/OR, 1971; Northwestern University Kellogg MBA 1974) is an internationally recognized expert, speaker, and book author in business analytics and enterprise performance management systems. Jane has extensive experience working at plant manager and board level within a range of diverse
manufacturing industries. With a Durham University MBA and the Cranfield Fellowship of Manufacturing Management, Jane has developed and implemented operational improvement strategies. She is results focussed and has the tenacity and drive to deliver excellent projects.

Mike is a business consultant with more than two and a half decades in executive search recruitment and improving business performance in clients across the UK and Europe. Mike is now a UK Director of Qualitin Global, where he is using his vast experience to expand the network and Qualitin brand throughout the UK, Europe and the USA. As a natural networker, Mike is currently relishing this role. 

Tony Withers, manager and owner of D’accord D'Accord Management Services., is an experienced turnaround specialist with extensive experience in turning around heavily regulated under-performing UK operations for US and French corporations. His proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels together with his insightful and analytical approach enables him to quickly identify issues and ensure that no stone will be left unturned.
